This home was completely renovated several years ago and is a tropical gardener’s paradise available during winter (Dec-Apr). The home is modern but with a Mid-century aesthetic and features two decks and a granite-floored front porch, sparkling clear heated pool and a Cypress-lined outdoor shower designed to allow the sun to warm you as one of the three overhead rain-shower heads gently soak you. All the while you are surrounded by nature in a private and lush, tropical settings.
The home’s windows are all double or single French doors; thus the inside flows effortlessly to outside. The bungalow features an outdoor dining room on the East deck whose centerpiece is an over 11 ft-long dining room table made of centuries-old heart pine. The property is located in the highly sought-after Kenwood area of historic homes. This casual but sophisticated vacation home is an entertainer’s dream!
